    Rates vary due to the size of the unit, location, or the season of the year, plus the following
    charges.
    In addition to the rental rate, the following charges apply:
  • 13% Motel, Hotel Tax
  • Maid Service rate depends on the size of the unit (one time fee to clean the unit after your departure)
  • Processing charge fee per reservation of $27.06
  • Security Deposit refundable with no damage
  • A Deposit of $200.00 to hold the unit is required at time of booking
